I've got this TED Talk by Shawn Achor on my list of things to watch later. The girl who brought it to my attention mentioned how it inspired her to keep a list every day of things she's grateful for. Nothing crazy, just 3 things a day. I love this idea and have been making a short list every day since I read it. Life is a bit stressful for me right now so it really helps me keep things in perspective.
What are you grateful for? Here are my 3 for today (pretty awesome considering it's only 10 past noon!)
a: glassy waves
b: not being in this alone
c: hydrocortisone cream (sea lice got me in south carolina!)
